PARTNER INTERVAL WORKOUT

These classes are for people who are really good at tough workouts and have been doing them for a while. If you want a tough workout that’s faster-paced and more challenging, this is for you. We’ll do advanced exercises like muscle ups and handstand push-ups, as well as lifting heavy weights together with a partner.

WEIGHT TRAINING

This class welcomes everyone, no matter your fitness level or experience. If you’re new to weightlifting, you’ll get to learn the right way to do it safely here, and gradually get stronger. It’s also perfect for those who already lift weights but want to get even stronger and improve their core. We’ll cover everything from back squats to full-body strength training in our program.”
